Our History

Over more than a decade of development, the company has undergone numerous equipment upgrades and technological advancements. In 2015, it introduced its first fully automated tempered glass production line, doubling its production capacity. In 2018, a laminated glass production workshop was added, expanding the product portfolio from simple tempered glass to composite products such as laminated and insulating glass. In 2021, capitalizing on the trend toward energy-efficient architecture, the company launched a Low-E insulating glass production line, successfully entering the green building materials market. In 2023, the company further optimized its production processes and implemented a refined management system, achieving a stable product pass rate of over 98%.
To date, the company has served more than 500 domestic and international clients and participated in numerous key local projects, establishing a strong reputation and credibility within the glass processing industry of the Yangtze River Delta.

Our Factory

The company's production base is located at No. 777 Limin North Road, Lili Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City. Situated within the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone and adjacent to the G50 Shanghai-Chongqing and G1522 Changshu-Taizhou expressways, the facility is just a one-hour drive from the Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub, offering exceptional logistics and transportation convenience.

The factory covers a total area of approximately 6,000 square meters, comprising about 4,000 square meters of production workshop space and 2,000 square meters for warehousing and offices. The workshop features a scientifically optimized layout divided into seven functional zones: raw glass storage, cutting and processing, tempering, laminating, insulating glass assembly, finished product inspection, and packaging/shipping. These zones are seamlessly integrated to ensure high production efficiency.

The factory employs a workforce of over 40 people; key technical and quality control personnel account for more than 30% of the staff, and employees in core positions possess over five years of experience in deep glass processing. Operating on a two-shift system, the facility boasts a daily production capacity of 2,000 square meters of tempered glass, 1,500 square meters of laminated glass, and 1,200 square meters of insulating glass, enabling it to meet supply demands for projects of all sizes.

The factory strictly implements the 6S on-site management system. Quality inspection checkpoints are established at every stage of the process-from raw material intake to finished product dispatch-ensuring that all products comply with national standards (such as GB/T 9963 and GB/T 15763.2) as well as international standards like the EU's EN 12150.

Our Product

The company specializes in the deep processing of architectural safety and energy-efficient glass, with a product line covering the following six major series:

01/

Flat and Curved Tempered Glass Series

Flat tempered glass: Thickness 3mm–19mm; maximum size 2440mm × 5500mm

Curved tempered glass: Maximum curved size 2440mm × 4200mm; minimum bending radius 1000mm (for 5mm thickness)

Processes various base glass types (clear, ultra-clear, tinted, Low-E coated, etc.); widely used in doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and shower enclosures

02/

Flat and Curved Laminated Glass Series

Utilizes PVB or SGP interlayers with flexible thickness combinations (e.g., 6+6, 8+8, 10+10)

Features excellent impact resistance and UV protection

Fragments adhere to the interlayer upon breakage, preventing detachment and injury; the preferred choice for safety glass

03/

Insulating Glass Series (including Single-Silver and Double-Silver Low-E)

Standard configuration includes aluminum spacers and molecular sieve desiccant; argon gas filling available to enhance thermal insulation

Single-Silver Low-E insulating glass: U-value ≤ 1.8 W/(m²·K)

Double-Silver Low-E insulating glass: U-value ≤ 1.2 W/(m²·K), meeting energy-efficiency standards for passive buildings

Suitable for exterior windows and curtain walls in regions with severe cold or hot summers and cold winters

04/

Laminated Insulating Composite Glass

Combines the safety of laminated glass with the thermal insulation properties of insulating glass

Ideal for sunroom roofs, floor-to-ceiling windows in high-rise buildings, and areas requiring high sound insulation

Delivers a triple-function solution: safety, energy efficiency, and sound insulation

05/

Fire-Resistant Glass Series (Customized)

Capable of processing monolithic and composite fire-resistant glass

Fire resistance rating reaches Class C (over 90 minutes)

06/

Decorative Glass Series

Includes patterned glass, reeded (fluted) glass, frosted glass, mirror glass, etc.

Suitable for interior decoration, furniture applications, commercial space styling, etc.
