It serves as a large-scale, comprehensive public service complex integrating various functions—such as convenient community services, administrative governance, cultural education, and health & wellness—to provide residents with all-encompassing, one-stop public services. Our company supplied a full range of custom glass products for this project, utilized in the building's exterior curtain walls, atrium skylights, interior stair and corridor railings, and doors and windows for various functional areas.
Glass Products Supplied by Us
High-quality blue reflective tempered insulating glass was selected. The expansive, unified glass façade creates a sleek, modern aesthetic while offering excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, and wind-load resistance; this effectively reduces energy consumption and meets the durability requirements of public buildings.
Custom high-strength tempered glazing was installed in the atrium skylight area. This design maximizes natural light intake, brightens interior public spaces, and optimizes the building's lighting experience—reducing daytime electricity usage and aligning with green, low-carbon architectural principles.
Tempered safety glass, compliant with public building standards, was used for railings along interior staircases and corridors. The glass offers high transparency and unobstructed views; paired with specialized hardware, it ensures high load-bearing capacity and safety, fully meeting the rigorous safety standards required for high-traffic public facilities.
High-quality tempered insulating glass was used for doors and windows across the center's various functional rooms, catering to diverse settings such as offices, service areas, and wellness zones. The glass provides superior sound insulation and thermal performance, effectively blocking external noise and heat transfer, thereby significantly enhancing the indoor environment for staff and residents while complying with general public building standards for fire resistance, wind resistance, and safety/explosion protection.
