Clear Glass Panels

Clear glass panels are our most mature and stable product. We have been making them for over 12 years at our Suzhou factory. Our facility covers 7,000 square meters and employs over 50 workers. We use a horizontal tempering furnace that handles panels up to 2800mm × 5500mm. Thickness ranges from 3mm to 19mm. The tempering process uses computer-controlled heating. This ensures uniform stress across every panel. The result is glass that is 4 to 5 times stronger than ordinary glass. If it breaks, it shatters into small blunt fragments. This reduces the risk of injury and meets both GB/T 15763.2 and EN 12150 safety standards.

We source all raw glass from major manufacturers like CSG Group. This gives us consistent quality from the start. Each panel goes through a 100% inspection before packing. Our quality team checks size tolerance, edge quality, surface cleanliness, and flatness on every single piece. We also welcome third-party inspections at any stage. Our monthly production capacity exceeds 100,000 square meters. This means we can handle small sample orders and large export orders with equal ease. Our clear glass panels deliver over 90% light transmission. They work well for building windows, glass curtain walls, interior partitions, shower enclosures, and furniture applications.

We support OEM and ODM customization. You can order any size and thickness based on your drawings. Standard orders take 7 to 10 working days. Rush orders get priority scheduling. For export, we use professional wooden crates. Each glass sheet gets isolation powder or EVA foam between layers. We add hard corner protectors and wrap the entire batch in waterproof film. All crates are fumigated and sturdy for ocean shipping. We offer EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Every clear glass panel comes with a 2-year warranty from the shipping date. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours.
