Double Low-E glass is our high-performance product for premium energy-efficient buildings. Two silver layers are applied to the glass surface. Multiple oxide layers are precisely designed for maximum performance. Double Low-E glass achieves significantly better energy efficiency than single Low-E. U-value reaches below 1.2W/(m²·K). This meets passive building energy standards. Double Low-E glass also offers lower thermal emissivity and higher visible light transmission. It maintains indoor daylight while minimizing heat loss or gain. Applications include ultra-low energy buildings, passive houses, green building demonstration projects, high-end office buildings, and star-rated hotel curtain walls and window systems. Double Low-E coating is more complex than single Low-E. Tempering and insulating glass processing require stricter conditions. Our R&D team has developed optimized processing systems for double Low-E. We use an automated insulating glass production line with argon filling. Argon concentration is strictly controlled above 90%. This ensures long-term sealing and insulation performance. Every double Low-E glass panel undergoes dew point testing and optical performance testing. 100% inspection is standard. Third-party inspections are welcome. Low-E raw glass comes from CSG Group. Coating quality meets international standards.
