Single Low-E Glass

Single Low-E glass is a core product in our energy-efficient glass line. A single silver-based low-emissivity coating is applied to the glass surface. This reflects indoor far-infrared heat radiation. It reduces the glass heat transfer coefficient. We then seal two glass panes with an aluminum spacer. Dry air or argon gas fills the cavity. This insulated glass unit provides enhanced thermal insulation. Single Low-E glass achieves a U-value below 1.8W/(m²·K). Applications include building windows, curtain wall systems, and residential doors and windows. It performs well in both hot-summer cold-winter and severe cold regions. Equipment includes a spacer bending machine, molecular sieve filling machine, automatic sealant applicator, and argon filling machine. Argon concentration is kept above 90%.
