Curved PVB Glass

Curved PVB glass combines the beauty of curved shapes with laminated glass safety. Two or more curved glass layers are bonded with PVB film under high temperature and pressure. This creates a smooth curved surface that is also safety glass. When broken, fragments stick to the PVB film. They do not fall or cause injury. Even at height, no glass fragments drop. Maximum bending size is 2440mm × 3660mm. Thickness combinations are flexible. Minimum bending radius is 1000mm for 5mm thickness. Applications include curved curtain walls, curved skylights, curved glass railings, spiral staircase curved glass, specialty commercial facades, and landmark curved safety glass areas.
