Bond strength and tear resistance far exceed PVB. Shear strength is 5 times higher than PVB. Tear strength is 5 times higher than PVB. Even if glass shatters completely under extreme impact, the SGP film holds fragments in place. The structure stays intact. Maximum size for SGP laminated glass is 2800mm × 5500mm. We use 2 autoclaves for high-temperature, high-pressure lamination. This ensures full fusion between film and glass. Applications include blast-resistant glass, bullet-resistant glass, high-rise curtain walls, stadium railings, aquarium viewing panels, large skylights, and buildings in extreme weather zones.
